Introduction
Welcome to XXOO (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). XXOO is a private AI filmmaking studio for users who are at least 18. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information about your account, creations, and payments.
Please read it before you sign in. By accepting it on the sign-in page and using the Service, you understand and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The wording follows common international adult-platform and privacy-notice practice so you can see your choices. It is not a claim under any named national statute and is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by XXOO. The operator, site, and contact details are as shown in the product. To exercise rights in this Policy or make a complaint, use in-product support or email XXOOLIVE_@outlook.com.
2. Age and adult content
2.1 The Service is only for people who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Anyone younger may not create an account, submit content, or pay.
2.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account or content involves a minor, we will delete the information and close the account.
2.3 Content you create or upload may include private, erotic, or sexually suggestive fictional imagery. We treat that as your user content and process it only as needed to provide the Service. Do not upload nude or intimate images of a real person unless you have that person’s clear consent and they are at least 18.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what we need for accounts, generation, billing, and security. Adult sign-in is email one-time codes. We do not require phone-based real-name registration.
3.1 Account
Email address; records of sending and checking one-time codes; session credentials (such as access tokens) and last sign-in time. Without an email you cannot use core features.
3.2 Content you submit and we generate
Stories, scripts, boards, dialogue, prompts, references, keyframes, and media you upload; scripts, boards, stills, videos, captions, and finished pieces generated from your instructions, plus project metadata (name, shot IDs, status, duration, job settings).
3.3 Credits and payments
Credit balances and ledger entries; order IDs, amounts, payment status, and records needed to complete a top-up or refund. Payments may be handled by independent processors, wallets, or networks under their own rules. We do not collect full card numbers to let you sign in.
3.4 Support
Descriptions, screenshots, and logs you send, plus order or generation records needed to verify the account and resolve a dispute.
3.5 Security and operations
Access and action logs, request and error records; browser, OS, language, IP address, and a coarse region inferred from IP (not GPS); unusual sign-in, rate-limit, and verification signals.
3.6 What we usually do not collect
Government ID, biometric sign-in, contacts, or browsing history unrelated to the Service. We do not require a phone number as a condition of adult sign-in unless you choose to provide one.
4. How we use information
(1) Create and maintain your account, send codes, and keep you signed in;
(2) store, process, and generate content on your instructions and show it in the studio;
(3) calculate credit use, complete top-ups and refunds, and handle billing disputes;
(4) prevent abuse, fraud, underage use, and security incidents;
(5) respond to support, rights requests, and complaints;
(6) improve reliability using de-identified or aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
We do not sell your non-public input or generated content to data brokers, and we do not use it under this Policy alone to train public models unrelated to providing the Service to you.
5. Bases for processing
Depending on the context, we may process information to perform our agreement with you; for legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and usable; with consent you give at sign-in or for a specific feature; or where we must meet an applicable legal obligation. You may withdraw consent as described below; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies or local storage for sessions, language, and basic security. You can clear them in your browser; you may need to sign in again. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
7. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary:
(1) with your clear consent;
(2) with processors that provide compute, storage, email, or payments, who must follow our instructions;
(3) in a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer, provided the recipient remains bound by this Policy and we notify you where reasonable;
(4) to respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, or investigate fraud or underage content, limited to what is needed.
We do not use your private creations for public marketing unless you separately and clearly agree.
8. Storage, transfers, and retention
8.1 Your information may be stored on servers we or our processors operate and transferred between locations needed to provide the Service. We use contractual terms, access control, and encryption where appropriate.
8.2 We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. While the account is open we keep records required to serve you. After you close the account or the period ends, we delete or anonymize it, except records we must keep for billing, security, or an ongoing dispute.
8.3 Completed outputs stay in your projects until you delete them or close the account. Residual backup copies are cleared on a normal rotation.
9. Security
We use reasonable access control, encryption in transit, permission separation, and anomaly monitoring. No online service is perfectly secure. Protect your email and codes. If an incident is likely to affect you, we will notify you where reasonable and describe what we know and what you can do.
10. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may ask to:
10.1 access or receive a copy of information we hold about you;
10.2 correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
10.3 delete your account or specific content (except what we must keep for law or a legitimate dispute);
10.4 export your projects and content where technically feasible;
10.5 withdraw optional consent or object to certain non-essential processing;
10.6 restrict our use of disputed information while we review it.
Contact in-product support or XXOOLIVE_@outlook.com. We may first verify control of the account. We usually reply within fifteen business days and will explain if more time is needed. Some information is required for sign-in and generation; withdrawing it may disable those features.
11. Automated processing
Generation jobs automatically produce media from the prompts and assets you submit. That is creative assistance you start. It is not an automated decision about your credit, employment, or legal status. You may stop a job, delete a project, or close the account at any time.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy and post the new version and effective date on this page. If a change materially expands processing or reduces your rights, we will notify you in the product or by other reasonable means and obtain fresh consent where needed. Continued use means you accept the Policy once it is in effect. If you do not, stop using the Service and request account closure.
13. Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints: use in-product support or email XXOOLIVE_@outlook.com. You may also contact a privacy authority where you live.
